SED-200J-H — Fully Automatic Capsule Filling Machine

Empty capsules are automatically oriented and separated (cap from body) using a vacuum-suction mechanism. Powder or granule fill is dosed volumetrically by a three-dimensionally adjustable dosing plate referenced to the dosing-disc lower plane, ensuring uniform gap and consistent fill accuracy. The capsule bodies and caps are rejoined and ejected. A cam-indexed rotary table (high-precision indexer) drives the entire cycle; the underslung cam design, combined with a pressure-atomizing oil pump for lubrication, minimizes wear and extends component life.
