Funcionamiento
10-station closed turret. Empty capsules are fed and oriented; vacuum splits cap from body and holds the body in the lower mold while the cap is held in the upper mold. The body row passes under a powder dosing station (hole-plug type) where preset pellets / powder are dropped in. A reject station ejects defective bodies. The cap and body molds re-mate and a press locks the capsule shut. Finished capsules are ejected and powder residue is brushed clean. Variable-frequency drive sets cycle rate; PLC sequences and alarms.
