Funcionamiento
Incoming bottles are spaced by a screw infeed, then picked up by the star-wheel mechanism and rotated past the labeling station. When the product sensor detects a bottle, the PLC triggers the servo label-dispensing engine to peel and apply the label to the bottle surface. The label is then smoothed flat by the rolling mechanism. After labeling, bottles exit via the outfeed star-wheel to the next station.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Incoming bottles are spaced by a screw infeed, then picked up by the star-wheel mechanism and rotated past the labeling station.
