Funcionamiento
A centrifugal fan creates negative pressure inside the fluidized bed. Ambient air is first cleaned through an air filter to remove dust particles. Heated air then passes through a gas distribution plate, generating a high-velocity airflow that causes the entire material layer to enter a boiling/fluidized state, achieving rapid and uniform drying. A rake-type stirrer inside the bed further improves drying efficiency.
