Funcionamiento
The machine fluidizes damp granules by passing filtered, electrically heated air upward through a gas distribution plate into the fluidized bed. The high-velocity airflow causes the material layer to boil and fluidize, greatly increasing surface contact area and heat transfer to achieve fast, uniform drying. A stirring device inside the bed prevents material from caking or bridging.
Proceso de funcionamiento
