Funcionamiento
Two cylindrical arms joined in a V form a tumbling vessel. As the V rotates around its horizontal axis at 12 rpm, material is repeatedly split and recombined — axial and radial flow shears the bulk and homogenizes it. The optional forced-mix impeller adds a high-shear element through the V centerline for sticky/fine/agglomerated material. Discharge is via a sanitary butterfly valve when one arm is rotated to the vertical (down) position. Feeding is via top cover (with vacuum suction option). Empty test run recommended before loading: listen for bearing noise and check for stirring-bar/cylinder contact sounds.

Pre-production: (1) wipe outer surface with clean wet towel; (2) open machine and wipe interior with wet towel; (3) wipe hopper with clean towel then 75% industrial alcohol. Post-shift: (1) wipe inside and outside with clean wet towel; (2) wipe hopper with clean towel then 75% industrial alcohol. After every use, take out the rotating drum and clean/brush powder residue from the hopper; reload ready for next use. For long shutdowns: wipe entire body, coat metallic parts with rust-proof oil, cover with cloth canopy. Monthly machine inspection: check all moving parts for flexibility and wear. Lubrication — transmission chain and adjustment knob: manual lubrication monthly (lubricant, 0-35°C) or every 3 months (grease, >35°C or <0°C). Weekly electrical cabinet cleaning; weekly terminal tightening check.
