Funcionamiento
Pre-mixed oil and water phases are vacuum-drawn (-0.09 MPa) into the main vacuum emulsifier. A bottom-mounted homogenizer (22 kW, 3000 rpm) with multi-stage rotor/stator shears the dispersed phase, generating 0.2–0.6 μm particles via hydraulic shear, centrifugal extrusion, milling, and impact. An anchor wall scraper (7.5 kW, 0-80 rpm VFD) sweeps the wall and homogenizes bulk temperature. Steam-heated jacket on main and phase pots provides temperature control (0-200°C). Discharge via circulation through customer outlet valve (no dead leg) — directly into filling line.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Pre-mixed oil and water phases are vacuum-drawn (-0.09 MPa) into the main vacuum emulsifier.
