Single-pressure rotary tablet press: 9-station turret with QT500-7 cast iron construction; 304 SS hopper feeds chrome-plated tin-bronze force feeder which fills 9 die holes; upper and lower punches simultaneously compress against fixed GCr15 hardened pressure wheels (HRC60-62) at 20–30 rpm to produce up to 16,200 tablets/h.
