Three-stage filtration: G4 primary (90% @ 5 um), F8 medium (97% @ 1 um), and HEPA H14 (99.9999% @ 0.3 um, liquid-bath seal). Operating range 5-40 C, RH <=85% (non-condensing). Rated airflow 5500 m3/h, wind speed 0.25-0.6 m/s. Power 3 kW at AC 380V 50Hz. ISO Class 5 (US Class 100) cleanliness, illumination 350 lux, noise <=70 dB. Siemens HMI touch-screen control. One 0-500 Pa pressure gauge plus two 0-250 Pa differential pressure gauges. Includes one DOP/PAO test port, one challenge dust-injection port, and 2 power outlets. Acrylic sliding doors, energy-saving teardrop LED lights. Visual digital displays with audible/visual pressure and wind-speed alarms; control-panel error messages are plain-text with fault codes; alarms indicated by light bars and audible signals.
