Cabinet constructed from 1.2 mm sand-finished SUS304 stainless steel, fully welded with flush joints, no dead corners, surface finish free of weld marks. Load-bearing panels in 1.5 mm sand-finished SUS304. Inner-outer double-shell construction for seamless sealed enclosure; dust-resistant and easy to clean. Manual control with ABB variable-frequency drive for laminar-flow fan speed adjustment. High-polymer equalising membrane air outlet (100–200 mesh; air velocity 0.45 m/s ± 20%). Separate static-pressure plenum with mechanical differential pressure gauge (Dwyer). H14 HEPA filter (99.99% @0.3 µm) with PAO test port and smoke injection port (PAO pass rate 100%). Gel-seal (liquid-channel inverse-flange) filter sealing. Top-supply side-return airflow (G4 pre-filter + F7 medium filter). Front PVC anti-static transparent strip curtain. IP55 dust/waterproof power socket. Recessed T5 LED clean-room luminaire (Philips). No air-velocity sensor.
