SED-2-1-1XGS-Z — Vial Liquid Filling, Stoppering and Rolling-Cap Machine

Clean, dry bottles are sorted by the divider turret and travel along the track to the large filling turret. The filling head descends, the metering peristaltic pump supplies liquid; on completion the head rises. The filled bottle continues to the rolling-capping station where a three-knife flexible-claw capper seals the aluminium cap tightly and smoothly against the vial neck, accommodating normal diameter tolerances without frequent re-adjustment.
