SED-1ZXC-T — Horizontal-to-Vertical Conveyor Line

SED-1ZXC-T fully automatic gravity-drop case packer / horizontal-to-vertical packaging line. Developed on top of mainstream domestic and overseas case-packer designs and adapted to local manufacturing, it uses a collaborative robot arm to load bottled, jugged or barreled products into cartons at high speed. Wide application in chemical, pharmaceutical, daily-chemical, food and beverage industries. The case-pack system adjusts to the customer's existing carton and packaging specification, so no special carton needs to be commissioned. PLC-controlled, fast, accurate, with neat stacking. Can be combined with sleeve-type film wrapper SED-TMJ-T, heat shrink tunnel SED-10RS-T and ~6 m food-grade conveyor to form a complete packaging line.
