Funcionamiento
Defoamed glue in a cup is placed in a stainless-steel sheath and positioned below the pressure-plate fixture. A pneumatic cylinder drives the POM pressure plate upward, a valve opens to press the plate against the liquid surface and purge air from the container. The syringe is placed on the fixture; triggering the signal opens the clamp-tube valve in the connecting line, glue flows upward through PU tubing into the syringe, and the back-push metering system completes the precise fill.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Defoamed glue in a cup is placed in a stainless-steel sheath and positioned below the pressure-plate fixture.
2A pneumatic cylinder drives the POM pressure plate upward, a valve opens to press the plate against the liquid surface and purge air from the container.
3The syringe is placed on the fixture; triggering the signal opens the clamp-tube valve in the connecting line, glue flows upward through PU tubing into the syringe, and the back-push metering system completes the precise fill.
