Funcionamiento
Compressed air drives a vacuum generator which creates negative pressure in the 316L stainless steel hopper. Material is sucked in through a Φ25 mm suction nozzle and flexible hose. A backblow system periodically reverses compressed air through the 316L stainless steel filter to automatically clean it, then the discharge door opens and material drops into the receiving equipment. The cycle repeats for continuous conveying.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Compressed air drives a vacuum generator which creates negative pressure in the 316L stainless steel hopper.
2Material is sucked in through a Φ25 mm suction nozzle and flexible hose.
3A backblow system periodically reverses compressed air through the 316L stainless steel filter to automatically clean it, then the discharge door opens and material drops into the receiving equipment.
