Pressing the ON/OFF key opens the magnetic valve, sending compressed air into the vacuum generator. The unloading door is simultaneously closed by a cylinder, generating a vacuum in the hopper. Under vacuum, an airflow stream draws materials through the feed hose into the hopper. After the set feeding time, compressed air is closed, the vacuum is released, and the unloading door opens — material drops into the receiving equipment (tablet press, packaging machine, etc.). Immediately, the back-blowing system fires compressed air from the air bag through the filter, cleaning powder from the filter surface. After the set unloading time, compressed air resets and the cycle repeats automatically. When the level-meter detects material above the high-level setpoint, the system pauses until the level drops.
