Precision ceramic pump filling machine with conveyor belt sensing (stop-on-detect). Compact desktop unit for small-volume liquid filling 0.2-5ml.
Funcionamiento
Bottle holders (molds) move on conveyor; black optical mark on mold triggers sensor → conveyor stops → ceramic plunger pump dispenses → conveyor restarts. Optional lifting structure descends nozzle into bottle. PLC control with parameters via panel.

Limpieza y mantenimiento
After each filling run, run clean water through fill cycle approximately 10 times using the Fill Test button. Leave final flush of clean water inside pump and tubing. For gear/magnetic/diaphragm pumps keep water in gear cavity for lubrication; avoid dry running. Before next production run, purge water from tubing before filling.
