Funcionamiento
The gear pump consists of two gears, a pump body, and front/rear covers forming two enclosed spaces. When the gears rotate, the volume of the space on the gear-disengagement side increases from small to large, creating a vacuum to draw liquid in. On the meshing side, the volume decreases from large to small, pushing liquid into the outlet pipeline. The suction chamber and discharge chamber are separated by the gear meshing line. Outlet pressure is determined by downstream resistance. A servo motor precisely controls the gear rotation angle for high-accuracy volumetric filling.
Proceso de funcionamiento
