Funcionamiento
Vibration discharging plus rotary turntable disperses the material via friction and centrifugal force. Pointers guide product into a counting channel under an OMRON fiber-optic photoelectric sensor. The PLC accumulates counts; when the per-bottle setpoint is reached, the bottle stop cylinder releases the bottle and the counter resets. A bottle-presence electric eye on the conveyor stops the machine when no bottles are queued.

Limpieza y mantenimiento
Loosen screws A and B to fold down the silo for cleaning. Loosen screws A, B, C, D on the disc to remove and clean it. All daily-clean parts disassemble by hand without tools (patent structure). Routine cleaning of the dust-discharge channel and channel pointers prevents powder accumulation.
