Funcionamiento
Bottle is conveyed and positioned by servo-screw star-wheel feed; bottle rotates on tray while servo-driven OPP label film passes the glue drum (hot-melt glue applied only to leading/trailing edges) and is wrapped onto the bottle, then smoothed by an arc sponge. Color-mark, glue/missing-label and product detection sensors close the loop.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Bottle is conveyed and positioned by servo-screw star-wheel feed; bottle rotates on tray while servo-driven OPP label film passes the glue drum (hot-melt glue applied only to leading/trailing edges) and is wrapped onto the bottle, then smoothed by an arc sponge.
