Funcionamiento
Pouches are loaded into the vibratory bowl hopper. By adjusting the vibration frequency, stacked pouches are conveyed along the spiral track as a continuous stream to the outlet platform. A photoelectric sensor (SICK) dynamically scans and feeds the signal to the PLC; a suction cup picks up the pouch and drops it into the bottle. After one bottle is filled, a dual-cylinder bottle-switching mechanism transfers the bottle to the next process and the cycle repeats.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Pouches are loaded into the vibratory bowl hopper.
2By adjusting the vibration frequency, stacked pouches are conveyed along the spiral track as a continuous stream to the outlet platform.
3A photoelectric sensor (SICK) dynamically scans and feeds the signal to the PLC; a suction cup picks up the pouch and drops it into the bottle.
4After one bottle is filled, a dual-cylinder bottle-switching mechanism transfers the bottle to the next process and the cycle repeats.
