Funcionamiento
Cylinder-actuated bottle stop positions the container at the fill station. PLC-controlled servo motor drives the auger to discharge powder into the container for a set number of pulses. After filling, the conveyor discharges the container; a product counter auto-increments. The spiral feeder monitors material level and automatically tops up the hopper when low.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Cylinder-actuated bottle stop positions the container at the fill station.
