Funcionamiento
The SED-1DG2-B removes product moisture at low temperature via coordinated vacuum and two-stage cascade refrigeration. Product on stainless steel shelves is first pre-frozen by the refrigeration system, then the vacuum pump reduces pressure so ice sublimes directly into vapour, yielding a dry, stable product while preserving biological activity.
