Funcionamiento
The reciprocating motion of a pneumatic cylinder drives a piston in the material cylinder. On the suction stroke the piston pulls back, generating negative pressure in the front chamber so that material in the hopper is drawn through the inlet check valve into the cylinder. On the discharge stroke the piston pushes forward, expelling material through the outlet check valve and into the syringe via the anti-drip filling nozzle. Each cycle delivers one precise fill volume.
Proceso de funcionamiento
