Funcionamiento
The machine uses a rotary design with 7 stations (4 rotating + 1 bag feeding + 2 vacuum chambers). Bags are automatically picked, opened by blowing, filled with product (solid and/or liquid), pressed, then enter the vacuum chambers where air is evacuated (vacuum negative pressure up to 0.1MPa) and the bag mouth is flattened and sealed using ultra-high temperature instant sealing technology. Finished bags are then discharged.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1The machine uses a rotary design with 7 stations (4 rotating + 1 bag feeding + 2 vacuum chambers).
