Funcionamiento
Process flow: film unwind → film buffer → print station (reserved) → film forming → tension control → bottom forming → bottom seal (I–II) → vertical seal (I–II) → auto bottom/vertical seal shift control → color-mark detection → servo film pull → servo main shaft → upper bag open → lower bag open → open-bag detection → servo trolley bag transfer → fill station (I–II) → top seal → finished product output. Servo trolley automatically compensates for position deviation at high and low speeds, eliminating the cam-trolley problem of bag-drop at speed changes.
