Funcionamiento
Roll-fed laminated film with color-code-tracked stop position is unwound, formed and bottom/side sealed to create 3-side seal sachets. Color-code photocell (Panasonic/Sick/Keyence) precisely tracks film position. Side sealing mechanism (bottom seal + longitudinal seal) uses independent imported temperature control modules with adjustable temperature; bag size adjustable on scale markings without disassembly. Open-bag inspection uses metal sheets on both sides of bag opening — absence on either side means failed open, bag is not filled, not sealed, and packaging film is recycled. Bag spreading and flattening station shapes opened bags for beautiful seals. Heat sealing station applies adjustable sealing width and strength with customizable patterns; cam opening/closing ensures structural rigidity. Cool sealing station immediately shapes and cools the seal to prevent creasing or heat deformation.
