Funcionamiento
Material is fed onto a PTFE conveyor belt running through a sealed cylindrical chamber. Industrial 1.05 kW water-cooled magnetrons (150 sets, Witol brand) generate 2450 MHz microwave energy that heats the material from the inside out simultaneously. A water-ring Roots vacuum pump system (30 kW) maintains vacuum down to 33 mbar for low-temperature drying. After drying and cooling, the dried cake is stripped from the belt, chopped by an up-down blade assembly, and discharged through two air-lock hoppers. Continuous feed and discharge at both ends of the machine can be located in clean rooms. Infrared temperature sensors monitor material temperature at each zone. An electronic web-tracking device keeps the belt running true.
Proceso de funcionamiento
