Funcionamiento
Feed screw conveys powder between two counter-rotating compaction rollers under adjustable hydraulic pressure (0-10 MPa), forming sheets. A granulating module then breaks the sheets through a sieve to form granules of required size. The hydraulic system is powered by an electric vane pump stabilized by an accumulator, with contact-point pressure gauges setting upper/lower pressure limits. Compaction roller surfaces are force-cooled by tap water through shaft holes.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Feed screw conveys powder between two counter-rotating compaction rollers under adjustable hydraulic pressure (0-10 MPa), forming sheets.
