Funcionamiento
Inline (linear) bottle filling: square/irregular glass bottles arrive on the conveyor; a bottle-positioning system aligns 16 bottles to 16 filling stations. The liftable nozzle holder lowers anti-drip filling needles into the bottle mouth; SUS316L 150 mL piston metering pumps dose a precise volume per stroke; needles retract and the anti-drip mechanism closes to prevent post-fill drips.
