The SED-16CXP is an ultrasonic drum-type bottle washer for oral liquid and pharmaceutical glass bottles, suitable for 10-100 ml (customizable to 200 ml) round or shaped containers. It uses a 'three-water-one-air' process
Funcionamiento
Bottles are fed continuously into the drum mechanism, first immersed in the ultrasonic pre-wash tank to remove particles inside and outside the bottle. Bottles are inverted (mouth-down) and needle tubes perform sequential rinses: one tap-water wash, one purified-water wash, and two clean compressed-air blows. Finally, high-pressure clean air atomizes residual water droplets inside the bottle. Cleaned bottles are discharged into the next filling/drying step.
