Funcionamiento
Material is loaded onto the 800 mm Teflon conveyor belt and conveyed continuously through 14 sequential microwave cavities (12 kW each, 2450 MHz). Panasonic 2M244 magnetrons with top-feed rectangular waveguide deliver microwave energy. Megmeet Wepex 1000B-F digital power supplies enable independent adjustment of each cavity. German Optris IR sensor measures material temperature in real-time; PLC maintains closed-loop temperature control at 40–120 °C. Dual 1,200 mm suppressor structures at both ends prevent microwave leakage. Bottom-feed/top-exhaust airflow removes moisture. VFD controls belt speed.
