Funcionamiento
Palletised loads are placed on the 1500/1650/1800/2000 mm diameter turntable (max 2000 kg load, customisable to 3000 kg). The turntable rotates at 0–13 rpm (VFD controlled). The pre-stretch film carriage travels up and down the reinforced column via an elevator mechanism with origin, altitude, upper-limit, and lower-limit sensors. The film is applied to the load under pre-stretch tension; wrapping layers, count, top-wrap time, and other parameters are set via the PLC touchscreen. On completion, the turntable auto-resets to the home position.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Palletised loads are placed on the 1500/1650/1800/2000 mm diameter turntable (max 2000 kg load, customisable to 3000 kg).
