Funcionamiento
Process: tube loading (hopper, ~200 tubes/box auto-fed) → auto tube-end mark alignment (SICK color sensor + dual servo motors, height adjustable by handwheel) → filling quantity control test [optional tube internal cleaning] → dual SS304 reciprocating piston-pump filling (anti-drip nozzle + inner end-cap + air-blow after fill) → aluminum tube fold-tail: flatten → 1st 180° fold → 2nd 180° fold → optional saddle-shape fold → tail shaping → date printing (single or double-sided) → finished product discharge. 38 tube holders on synchronous belt.
