SED-160LP-C — Posicionadora de botellas

1) Operator manually loads bottles into elevator hopper; 2) Elevator conveys bottles to unscrambler storage ring; 3) Bottles enter the high-speed centrifugal disc (polymer material mould rings, changeable in 3 min for different diameters) and are discharged head-to-tail; 4) Multi-stage belt mechanism steadies and clamps bottles; 5) Hook-claw mechanism flips bottles — mouth-first bottles are hooked and flipped, bottom-first bottles pass through unhooked, resulting in all bottles exit mouth-forward; 6) Final belt stage stands bottles upright; 7) Air-blast bottle conveying system outputs to next process.
