Funcionamiento
Side-mounted blower draws fresh ambient air into the duct system in the bottom/left/right cavities; air passes the U-shaped sheathed heater banks where it is heated, then exits the duct horizontally into the chamber for heat exchange with product on 6 perforated 316-SS trays. Cooled-down air is re-drawn into the duct, mixed and reheated. PID digital controller and K-type SS sensor maintain ±1 ℃ accuracy and ≤±2.5% temperature uniformity.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Side-mounted blower draws fresh ambient air into the duct system in the bottom/left/right cavities; air passes the U-shaped sheathed heater banks where it is heated, then exits the duct horizontally into the chamber for heat exchange with product on 6 perforated 316-SS trays.
2Cooled-down air is re-drawn into the duct, mixed and reheated.
3PID digital controller and K-type SS sensor maintain ±1 ℃ accuracy and ≤±2.5% temperature uniformity.
