Funcionamiento
Powder material is loaded into the fluid bed. Cold air is drawn through pre/intermediate/HEPA filters into the heating chamber, heated to the set temperature, and enters the bed in a turbojet pattern, fluidizing the material regularly. A binder (for granulation) or coating liquid is delivered to the spray nozzle by peristaltic pump, sheared into droplets by atomizing air, and sprayed onto the fluidized material. Evaporating moisture is drawn out by the exhaust fan (7.5 kW inverter-driven). Anti-explosion valves protect inlet and outlet. Bag filters (CCP) shake automatically to maintain airflow.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Powder material is loaded into the fluid bed.
2Cold air is drawn through pre/intermediate/HEPA filters into the heating chamber, heated to the set temperature, and enters the bed in a turbojet pattern, fluidizing the material regularly.
3A binder (for granulation) or coating liquid is delivered to the spray nozzle by peristaltic pump, sheared into droplets by atomizing air, and sprayed onto the fluidized material.
4Evaporating moisture is drawn out by the exhaust fan (7.5 kW inverter-driven).
