Funcionamiento
Sealed box-type vacuum drying. A steam-heated heat-pipe array (main pipe Φ57 mm, exchange pipes Φ32 and Φ18 mm) inside the chamber heats the loaded baking trolleys. Under vacuum, moisture and solvents evaporate at reduced boiling points and are extracted via the vacuum pipe. An automatic pressure-relief valve (DN20) protects the chamber.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Sealed box-type vacuum drying.
2A steam-heated heat-pipe array (main pipe Φ57 mm, exchange pipes Φ32 and Φ18 mm) inside the chamber heats the loaded baking trolleys.
3Under vacuum, moisture and solvents evaporate at reduced boiling points and are extracted via the vacuum pipe.
4An automatic pressure-relief valve (DN20) protects the chamber.
