Funcionamiento
Mechanical-linkage structure driven by internal cams that move all linkages and working parts. PLC-controlled (Siemens S7-200) with multi-function VFD. Cut single-sheet printed coated paper is fed; the machine wraps paper around the photocopy stack, sprays hot-melt adhesive, applies pressure to seal, then conveys finished pack out. Touchscreen HMI sets temperatures, speed, and shows count. Front conveyor height adjustable to connect with upstream sheet cutter.
