Funcionamiento
Two-stage MDI filling: Stage 1 (Process 1): liquid filling via micro piston pump driven by imported gear pump, with circulation/pressurization to keep medicine uniform with no dynamic seals (range 1-15 ml, ±0.2 ml accuracy). Stage 2 (Process 2): vacuum then 20mm valve crimping using two pneumatic cylinders (lower presses valve, upper crimps); photoelectric valve detection — no valve, no crimping (max 20 cans/min). Stage 3 (Process 3): through-the-valve R134a propellant filling using Teflon/PTFE compatible materials, no-can-no-gas sensing (range 0-20 ml, ±0.2 ml). 100L preparation tank uses anchor agitation with high-shear bottom emulsifier and circulation loop for uniform suspension.
