Funcionamiento
Motor -> drive belt -> worm reducer -> main shaft drives the rotary body and cap-head holder. The cam under each lift plate raises the bottle as the rotary body turns; simultaneously a cap is fed in; the capping head presses cap onto bottle. Continued rotation lowers the lift plate; the capped bottle exits via the discharge dial. Bottles and caps each have their own conveyors, dial wheels, retaining rings and star wheels to sequence into the rotary body.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Motor -> drive belt -> worm reducer -> main shaft drives the rotary body and cap-head holder.
2The cam under each lift plate raises the bottle as the rotary body turns; simultaneously a cap is fed in; the capping head presses cap onto bottle.
3Continued rotation lowers the lift plate; the capped bottle exits via the discharge dial.
