Funcionamiento
Wet-wipe production: roll material (1600mm wide,1200mm dia max) is pulled by Mitsubishi servos,slit with hard alloy knife,perforated,folded (Z or C type),and rewound. In parallel,empty barrels are sorted by SUS304 turntable + lift,filled with liquid wet-wipe stock through aluminium-foil sealer (with built-in filler,Φ30-150mm seal range,50-300C),capped automatically (40-130mm thread caps,3000-3200 bot/h),labelled by hot-melt positioning labeller (800-1980 bot/h,PET/glass/metal bottles,PP/BOPP/PE/PVC labels),then bagged in barrel film overpack machine (40-150 bags/min). Lines tied together by SUS304 conveyors.
