Funcionamiento

Bottom-mounted off-center shear homogenizer (Siemens 4 kW, 2900 rpm) draws material in from the side, high-shears it between rotor and stator, and ejects from the stator top, creating internal circulation. Frame-and-scraper agitator with PTFE scraper (Wuxi Qipeng 1.5 kW VFD, 0–86 rpm) provides bulk mixing and wall wiping. Vacuum −0.09 MPa (Boerkang oil-type pump, 0.37 kW, 6 m³/h) removes foam. Hydraulic lid lift (Wuxi Guangdeyang 1.5 kW) opens lid. Selectable heating: steam (with safety valve, trap valve, relief valve, pressure gauge) or three-stage electric (9+6+6 kW). Three-part sanitary bottom drain ball valve. Frame: Q235 with SUS304 brushed panels and stainless-steel handrails.
