Bottles enter via a feed star wheel that simultaneously performs cap inspection. They transfer to a continuously rotating large disc. At the spin station,a high-speed motor spins each bottle; a brake then suddenly stops it. The liquid inside continues rotating,causing suspended particles to move relative to the stationary bottle — industrial cameras capture multiple frames and compare images to detect moving foreign matter and verify fill level. Two spin-brake-photograph cycles are performed per bottle to maximize catch rate. Bottles are then sorted at the reject station. Fully controlled by Mitsubishi PLC with servo drives,VFDs,and motion modules; backed up by a UPS to prevent false rejects during power fluctuations.
