Funcionamiento
Bag arranger: hopper conveyor delivers bags to a low-speed roller; low/mid/high-speed rollers (11 servos, 400W each) sequentially separate and accelerate bags. Anti-static, dust-proof roller surfaces hold bags without slip. Photoelectric sensors feed a motion controller to keep stack/double-bag rate <0.1%. Aligning unit: counts bags through a light curtain, then a three-stage high-speed pneumatic cylinder (Festo) deposits bags flat or on edge in a receiving fixture for the downstream packaging step.
