SED-150JZYT-H Combined Metal Detector + Checkweigher — in-line inspection unit that detects both metallic contamination (ferrous,non-ferrous and stainless steel) and out-of-spec product weight in a single conveyor pass.

Funcionamiento
Two-stage in-line inspection. Stage 1: product passes through the metal-detector head (effective channel 150 x 120 mm); the detector identifies ferrous, non-ferrous and stainless-steel contamination via electromagnetic field disturbance. Stage 2: product transfers onto the checkweigher belt where a high-precision digital load cell (Toledo 10 kg) measures weight to 0.1 g resolution; controller compares against preset min/max. Stage 3: at the rejection station, out-of-spec / contaminated product is removed by pusher arm, swing arm or air-blow (configurable).
Proceso de funcionamiento
