Tablet roll wrapping / candy stick packing machine SED-150JZJ1-J. Wraps cylindrical candies (uniform shape, multiple pieces per pack) with flat-seal twist. Output 100-150 packs/min for candies dia 12-25mm, thickness 4-15
Funcionamiento
Product of identical cylindrical shape is fed via vibrating supply and oscillating feed; photoelectric scanning controls the wrapping cycle. A frequency inverter regulates packing speed. Inner and outer paper layers (single or double) are wrapped around each candy stack; flat-end and twist-end seal options are available. Stepper motor drives the paper feed for consistent registration. Automatic fault alarm displays fault information and stops the machine automatically.
