Funcionamiento
Material is fed into the grinding chamber from the hopper, where high-speed rotating hammer blades impact and shatter the particles. Particle fineness is controlled by exchanging screen meshes (20–120 mm range). The fan exhausts air from the chamber during crushing, keeping temperatures low and making the machine suitable for temperature-sensitive materials. The machine consists of a transmission system, material drum, and base; a motor drives the spindle via reducer and coupling.

Clean monthly or after each product changeover. Barrel can be rinsed with water hose, or removed and rinsed separately. Check seal condition; inspect transmission components to ensure normal operation.
