Funcionamiento
Material enters the crushing chamber via the hopper. Inside, the high-speed rotating movable gear disc and the fixed gear disc subject the material to gear-tooth impact, friction, and inter-particle collisions; simultaneously, high-speed hammer heads strike, shear, and crush the material. Fragments are further ground against the toothed grooves on the chamber wall, then exit through a replaceable screen whose aperture determines the final particle size.
