Funcionamiento
Material loaded in the hopper passes through the feed adjustment plate into the crushing chamber. Inside the chamber, material is subjected to high-speed shearing and impact by the rotating crushing disc and the toothed wall of the sieve ring, simultaneously undergoing high-frequency vibration generated by airflow. Once the desired fineness is reached, powder exits through the sieve mesh. A non-woven fabric bag at the discharge port filters fine dust, preventing powder from becoming airborne during production.

Internal and external surfaces can be cleaned with a high-pressure water jet. External surfaces are smooth and flat for easy wiping. Internal surfaces have no dead corners for easy cleaning. Internal surfaces must not flake, rust, mold, or contaminate material. Shaft lubrication is sealed so lubricating oil will not contaminate the material.
