Funcionamiento
The machine uses the relative movement between a high-speed movable toothed disk (wind-wheel rotor at approx 5300 r/min) and a fixed toothed disk. Material is crushed by three mechanisms: impact and friction between the toothed disks, and inter-particle collisions generated by the high-speed airflow. The strong airflow produced in the chamber simultaneously carries the crushed product and chamber heat out through the exchangeable screen into a collection bag. Residual dust is recovered by cloth-bag filtration in the integrated dust collection box.

Disassemble the fixed toothed disc by unscrewing bolts; open the main cavity and bearings. When washing, do not allow water to reach the motor, fan control box, or bearings. Clean residue between batches; replace screens regularly. Keep the grinder dry to extend bearing life.
